How to Use

Bath time is bonding time! arau.baby is designed to make it as worry free as possible. There are countless stages throughout a child’s life, but when it comes to bathing your newborn, there are only two stages to keep in mind. 

Before umbilical cord fully heals: 

  1. Wrap baby in towel and lay on flat surface. 
  2. Place arau.baby body wash in bowl of lukewarm water. 
  3. Dip a clean washcloth into the bowl and gently clean body areas one at a time, while keeping umbilical cord area dry.  
  4. Dry each area with clean towel after washing off. 
  5. Enjoy snuggle time! 

After umbilical cord is fully healed: 

  1. Fill sink or washing tub with warm, comfortable water. 
  2. Gently place baby in water, with most of the body remaining outside of the water. 
  3. Place arau.baby body wash on a clean, damp wash cloth, and begin cleaning, gently pouring water over dry areas before cleaning. 
  4. Wash off soap with clean water and dry with a clean towel.

"This is a really nice baby soap that is easy to dispense as its head is large and easy to push down to dispense the foam. It has a light lavender scent. Fine on my baby's sensitive skin with no ill effects after using for a couple of weeks. Seems to last forever as you only need to use one pump for each wash/bath time. It's priced at $9. 88 and I feel this is a really great price for a Japanese product that is seeming to last forever!"

"I personally prefer foaming body washes and shampoos all the time for my son. He is so active and naughty. Regular thick body washes will only give me more hard time to rinse him. Rinses well with no residues is very important to me. I like this baby body wash also because it's easy pump and rigid bottle. It doesn't crack or damage easily. Lastly, the scent is good, not very strong."

the pump is easy to use

"This is very convenient to use and it does not irriate my kid's sensitive skin at all. It also moisturizes very well. I also love the fact that this bath soap is made of healthy and non-toxic ingredients that can be safely used for little kids. I also bring it with me when I travel with my kid. The size is portable as well."

"This review is for Arau Baby Foam Body Soap - Gentle Cleansing for Delicate Skin, Soap Based Not Detergent This is a big bottle of foaming body soap. It has a nice citrusy, lavender scent. The dispenser pump works easily and the foam is rich and moisturizing. It rinses easily even in softened water and leaves your skin feeling clean and smooth. I appreciate that this as made with baby's sensitive skin in mind with calming ingredients. It leaves you feeling subtly moisturized without feeling soapy. This is a very good quality body soap."

Putting the scent aside, the bottle pumps out smooth white foam, that is slick and smooth on the skin. Easy to massage over the skin and cleanse well. After towel drying, the skin is soft and feels moisturized. This is a good moisturizing body wash for gentle skin, but must avoid getting it in the eyes."
