Get In, Mamas, We're Going Touring! 🚌
We're pumped after a week of events in Barb's backyard, and now we wave goodbye to our home state of Maine and hit the road!
We loved every second of meeting families in the community, showing up at our first workplace stop and coming together with other phenomenal humans to host a thought leadership event. ✨
Parents met us at Flatbread Co. in Portland, ME for a community night, full of smiles, hugs and delicious pizza. 🍕
Then, we pulled up for a Lunch & Learn at Pumpspotting Workplace customer -Diversified Communications - where Paula, our Director of Lactation, led an interactive discussion about what it means to be a pumping parent or caregiver in the workplace.
To drive home the reality of life as a working mom, she started the conversation with this tear-jerking representation of a pumping parent's first day of work. Click to watch 👇👇👇

Then Barb headed to park by the water, mingling with parents and the entrepreneurship community at The Roux Institute at Northeastern University. We loved seeing founders, investors, and students come together to speak about building caregiving solutions to transform lives and tap into a huge opportunity.
Amy, our CEO + Founder, was part of incredible panel, alongside Famtech.org founder, Anna Steffeney and the founder of Mother of Fact (Nurture Talk Inc.), Emily Sylvester, IBCLC. It was an inspiring evening, where women (and our supporters) came together to drive forward a solution to a big problem so many mothers face in this country.
We might have had a little bit of fun along the way too. 😉
This week, Barb is officially hitting the road, departing her home state of Maine and heading to MA → NJ → NYC to kick off World Breastfeeding Week!
We can't wait to meet more parents on the road! Stay tuned for all that's in store.
